Penélope Cruz Espresso Cup by Pedro Almodovar

This special limited edition illy Art Collection was designed by renowned Spanish film director Pedro Almodóvar to coincide with the release of his latest film, Los Abrazos Rotos (Broken Embraces). The single signed and numbered Illy's Pedro Almodóvar espresso cup features a colorful, Warhol-esque photogram of Penélope Cruz, the lead actress of the film and an iconic presence in Almodóvar’s work.

The Los Abrazos Rotos single cup complements a six cup illy Art Collection by Almodóvar to be released this fall, immortalizing his career through the portrayal of emblematic scenes from six of his most celebrated movies.

illy is pleased to support Spanish film director Pedro Almodóvar as he launches his newest movie Los Abrazos Rotos (Broken Embraces), starring Penélope Cruz and previewing in Madrid, Spain on March 18. Among the many initiatives surrounding the launch, illy will partner a retrospective exhibition of Almodóvar’s work at the Círculo de Bellas Artes cinema of Madrid.

In conjunction with the movie launch, illy will release a special limited edition, numbered illy Art Collection espresso cup signed by Almodóvar and featuring the face of Penélope Cruz in a pop, Warhol-esque style.
